FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. lower 48 states on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $60.00 or more.
- Most packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
- Larger boxes are typically sent via ground shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.
- Orders submitted on Fridays or on weekends are processed the following Monday.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your package is picked up by the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Double-check your address before placing your order!
Providing an incorrect delivery address may lead to delays or additional fees.

Incorrect Addresses:
- If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at 631-229-9505 or email us at longislanddarts@gmail.com and leave a message.
- Orders shipped via USPS with incorrect addresses cannot be recalled.

Address Changes with UPS and FedEx:
- Address changes after shipping incur a fee, which is the customer’s responsibility.
- UPS and FedEx do their best to redirect packages, but not all packages are caught. If a package is still delivered to the incorrect address, the fee is non-refundable.
- Address changes may delay deliveries by 1–3 business days.

Returned Orders Due to Invalid Addresses:
- Orders returned to us due to invalid addresses will be automatically refunded, minus the original shipping cost.

Reshipping Orders:
- If you’d like us to reship your order, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Orders Delivered to Incorrect Addresses:
- We cannot reimburse or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Retrieving a package from the wrong address is the customer’s responsibility.
